A Contemporary Fintech Startup Project by Department of Information Technology(DoIT), Govt. of Rajasthan. The project is led by Ashoka Buildcon as Principal Contractor and EIL as Project Management Consultant (PMC). It involved quality-conscious construction with on-time delivery. We achieved a target of 13,310 cum in Raft having 2,300 MT steel in continuous RMC pour within 6.5 days in Feb,2023.

A residential building project of (G+4 Storeys) 20 towers of Approx. 315,000 Sft. Slab area with a total of 190 Flats. This turnkey project involved all the structure and finishing works till handover to home buyers.

This commercial project in Sec-79 Faridabad features approx. 210,000 Sft. construction, with structure and finishing work completed up to the plaster stage. 

It includes a basement area of roughly 60,000 Sft. The project's San Francisco-inspired architecture and detailed elevation attract significant attention at Omaxe World Street, Faridabad.

This Residential project of 402 Flats in Panipat featured Three(3) 13-storey Towers of approx. 325,000 Sft. construction, with structure and finishing work complete up to the final handover stage. 

This Commercial Project in Jaipur is unlike any other Government Building with Modern Architecture and innovative features of approx. 95,000 Sft. construction, with structure work complete up to the plaster stage. 

The project was led by Sterling Wilson as Principal Contractor and EIL as PMC. It involved Quality-conscious construction with speedy construction. This Building was Inaugurated by the then CM Vasundhara Raje Scindia in March 2021.

This Commercial Project in Jodhpur is unlike any other Government Building with Modern Architecture and innovative features of approx. 95,000 Sft. construction, with structure work complete up to the Finishing and Handover stage.
