It takes a great vision to build a history. Such is the story of our visionary founder Shri Raghuveer Sharan Gupta since 1970 when he started the contractor business looking at the growing Infrastructure and our partner, Mr. B.K. Jain, a Civil Engineer by profession and an Expert in construction, with his massive knowledge has always been a strong pillar of the team till date.

We started our first project with Laying of Sewer Lines in Jaipur with PHeD Department in 1970 of around 200 kms which was later taken over by JDA, JNN, PWD. With such background, we completed various back to back projects of Water Drainage System and Nallahs across the city of Jaipur for Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) in Shastri Nagar, Swarnkar Colony, Near Science Park, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Vaishali Nagar, Khatipura, Jhotwara, Ramganj Bazaar, Surajpole, Purani Basti, Amer Road, Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar, C-Scheme, Janta Colony, Ajmer Road RIICO, Bagru Extn RIICO, etc. We worked tirelessly one project after another in nearby cities of Jaipur at Manpura Machedi RIICO, Chitroli, Alwar, Ajmer (PHeD).

Mr. Pradeep Kumar Dusad (MD and Chairman) joined the business with Water Supply work at Vidhyadhar Nagar, JDA in 1988. Continuing to such a great fortune, Mr. Pradeep took charge by driving this business to vertical heights and started his first building project in 2006 with a 10-storey building at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur with Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB). With his hard work and determination, he gave a direction to his thoughts and formed this company in 2006.

Since then, EMINENT has given its best to serve the community by giving quality in construction of LIG/MIG/HIG flats for RHB Government projects. Focussing on the Quality and Leadership, he created a brand out of his discipline and determination. EMINENT got associated with a lot of private players in Rajasthan while simultaneously extending his vision outside the state as well.

Eminent is currently working in the states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab and is keen on expanding its limits to other states.
